The wedding reception of Kristina and Joe was held at the Pennsylvanian, downtown with Pittsburgh Disc Jockey DJ Rockin Steve. Despite the weather starting to cool off in the early weeks of October Kristina and Joe's wedding day brought sunshine and a cool breeze. Enjoying cocktail hour under the rotunda at the Pennsylvanian guests enjoyed an array of music such as Michael Buble', Frank Sinatra, Natalie Cole and Bobby Darin to name a few.

Moving inside the music continued while everyone located their seats. Introductions brought in newlyweds parents and bridal party to Owl City's "Good Time". Kristina and Joe entered to "Feel So Close" by Calvin Harris. Dinner was served immediately following two toasts and the blessing.

At the conclusion of dinner the wedding cake was cut while "Better Life" by Keith Urban played. The wedding cake was absolutely gorgeous and sparkled with the large initial "U". Upon completing the cake cutting tradition Kristina and Joe embarked upon their first dance together as husband and wife. They chose the studio version of Adele's song "Make You Feel My Love".

For the father and daughter dance Kristina's father chose one of his favorites, "What's Your Name" by Don and Juan. The mother and son dance was to Rascal Flatts "My Wish".

Guests danced for about an hour then took a brief break while enjoying their wedding cake. Kristina then danced the Redovy, a traditional bridal dance from eastern Europe. Their guests took turns dancing with the bride while the groom watched from the wayside. As Kristina's parents finished the tradition and danced with their daughter the guests began to circle around and closed in.

Joe then did his best to make his way into the center of the circle of guests while they did their best to keep him away from his wife. After a few minutes Joe found a way in, picked up his bride and made their way off on their honeymoon. Well not really but that's how the tradition goes.

Instead Kristina tossed her bouquet to all the single ladies while "single ladies" by Beyonce played. Joe then removed his wife's garter to the traditional "Stripper" song by David Rose. Tossing the garter followed with Queen's "Another One Bites The Dust". The entire routine concluded with the garter being placed on the young lady who caught the bouquet. Kristina and Joe chose "I Wanna Sex You Up", Colour Me Bad.

Guests packed the dance floor afterwards and sang hits such as the Steeler Polka, Brick House, Starships, Shake Ya Tail Feather and many many more.

Best wishes for a great marriage and lots of fun and good health as well. To view a brief snipit of some of the dancing this evening please click the video below.
