The wedding reception of Megan and Tim with Pittsburgh Disc Jockey DJ Rockin Steve was at the historic Heinz History Center. A big congratulations goes out to Megan and Tim who were married last weekend then celebrated their marriage at the History Center. Guests enjoyed hors d'oeuvres on the fourth floor while Megan, Tim and the bridal party had pictures taken nearby by Randi of Randi Voss Photography. Following pictures the entire bridal party joined the guests and enjoyed some of the cocktail time with them.

The guests then made their way to the main level among some amazing exhibits and took their seats awaiting introductions of the newlyweds. Lavishly decorated and with purple up-lighting really made the grand hall something to see, and remember. With a grand entrance down the open stairway were the parents and bridal party to the song "Canon in D-Remix" by Ronald Jenkees. Megan and Tim followed to Bela Fleck and the Flecktones hit "Stomping Grounds".

It was truly a wonderful sight to see everyone on their feet cheering as these two great people cascaded their way down the staircase. The cutting of the cake was the next formality with another one of Ronald Jenkees songs "Disorganized Fun". But there was nothing disorganized about it however there was a lot of fun involved for all.

Immediately following the toast and blessing folks had three stations to head to for a variety of meal selections. As the end of dinner approached guests were treated to a vast array of cookies and sweet treats. Two entire tables stacked in two tiers was an elaborate display of sweetness.

Rejuvenated after a great meal guests took turns dancing and checking out many of the unique displays the History Center had to offer. Many had their photo taken aboard a "racer" car from Kennywood as if it was really moving. We made sure everyone was at least "This Tall" to ride this historic icon. There was even a tube slide Tim rode from the second level to the first. His smile summed up the entire experience.

Later in the evening Megan tossed her bouquet to Boots Randolph's "Yakety Sax". Tim wasted no time in removing the garter and tossing it amongst a group of bachelors to "Sharp Dressed Man", ZZ Top. The garter was then placed on the young lady who had caught the bouquet to "Sweet Dreams" by the eighties group, the Eurythmics.

Dancing continued until the end of the evening with the biggest hit, "Gangnam Style" by PSY, a new artist from Korea.

We wish Megan and Tim all the luck in the world as they embark on a new life together as husband and wife. It was indeed a great pleasure to be a part of their wedding celebration.
