  • Mansion At Maple Heights Wedding Reception | Kassie & Jon

The beautiful Mansion at Maple Heights was the location for Kassie & Jon to celebrate their marriage among approximately 150 guests. Friends and family made their way through the venue browsing at all of the decorations and enjoyed plenty of hors d'oeuvres. A signature drink of spiced cider was available along with a variety of beer and wine favorites.

Descending from the gorgeous wooden staircase the parents were introduced first. The energetic bridal party danced their moves down the long stairway as a packed dance floor welcomed them to the song "Blurred Lines" by Robin Thicke. The applause continued as Jon and Kassie made their grand entrance, a definite indication of the love and appreciation guests had for the newlyweds.

The first dance commenced to Brad Paisley's love song "Then", so romantic and touching. Keeping it country the wedding cake was decorated with flowers and fresh fruit, which was then cut with "History In The Making" by Darius Rucker played in the background.

Wedding guests were invited outside under the large canopy as dinner was next on the agenda. Once all were in their seats Kassie's father Ken, welcomed all of the wedding guests and thanked them for attending the celebration.

Matt the best man and Jen followed with a toast of their own showing their love for the newlyweds. A double buffet followed the blessing as everyone enjoyed deliciously prepared food while socializing with friends and family. Dinner consisted of crab cakes, chicken breast, risotto, salad and short rib ravioli. Favors were bags of popcorn with the phrase "Fall in Love" on the labels.

Guests sampled cookies, ate wedding cake and autographed the wedding guest "W" while Jon and Kassie mingled with all of their wedding guests. When mingling was finished everyone was invited inside for an evening of fun and dancing.

As a surprise to his daughter Ken selected "My Girl" by the Temptations as the father daughter dance. Jon and his mother followed with a mother son dance to T. Carter's "A Mother's Love".

With the dance floor finally open folks packed the area and kicked the night into high gear. A variety of popular tunes and line dances kept everyone having the times of their lives celebrating their best friends marriage. There were bright colorful glo-sticks for guests to use throughout the festivities.

Fun and festivities continued until an anniversary dance was held to the song "A Thousand Years" by Christina Perri. Kassie's parents were celebrating their 25th anniversary today so a shout out was given to them.

A bridal dance was conducted giving all the opportunity to dance with Jon and Kassie. The party continued into the evening with their final two chosen sing-a-long songs "Piano Man" by Billy Joel and "Don't Stop Believing" by Journey. Friends and family rallied around the newlyweds singing their hearts out and holding drinks high.

As the evening came to a close it was obvious that everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves and wished the best for the newlyweds. We wish Jon and Kassie the very best of what life has to offer and success in their new life together.
